Guardian OÜ provides non-intrusive elderly home care technology using smart home sensors and proprietary software. Our service includes: Monthly subscription packages, Hardware rental (sensors, SOS buttons, etc.), Software access (dashboard, alerts, and remote monitoring), Customer support and onboarding assistance.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. By using the website or subscribing to our services, you confirm that you: Are at least 18 years old, Will not use the site for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal purposes, Will provide accurate information when registering or ordering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if misuse is detected.

3. Orders and Subscriptions

By subscribing to our services, you agree to: Pay the recurring monthly fee as listed on the website, Use the equipment in accordance with our guidelines, Return hardware if the service is canceled, unless otherwise stated. While we strive to ensure accurate alerts and reliable service, we do not guarantee: That all health events or emergencies will be detected, Uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to, missed alerts, false positives, or equipment misuse.

6. Limitation of Warranty

We provide a best-effort service and hardware. Minor defects or service interruptions may occur and are not grounds for compensation unless otherwise required by law.
