This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your Guardian hardware will be delivered to you. Guardian OÜ is an Estonian company (registry code: 16998791), located at Lauteri 3, Tallinn, Estonia. For any questions, contact us at info@guardianhome.eu.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within: Estonia (delivery time: 3–5 business days), European Union countries (delivery time: 4–6 business days).

2. Shipping Partners

All orders are shipped using trusted postal and parcel partners, including: Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD or other EU-wide partners for cross-border deliveries.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge for all Guardian packages.

4. Handling & Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

After your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. You can follow your shipment's progress directly through the delivery partner's tracking system.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@guardianhome.eu. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Returns

If you cancel your subscription or need to return your devices, our Return Policy will guide you through the process. Return shipping instructions and address will be provided upon request.
