Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Guardian OÜ, we aim to provide peace of mind for both the elderly and their families. While we are confident in the value of our service, we also understand the importance of flexibility and trust. This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription, return hardware, and request a refund. 1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of your first subscription if: You are not satisfied with the service, and The hardware is returned in its original condition, undamaged and functional. Refunds are only applicable to first-time customers and must be requested within the trial or first billing period.

2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned hardware.

3. Hardware Returns

If your subscription is canceled and the hardware is rented (not purchased), you are required to return all Guardian devices within 14 days of cancellation. Devices must be returned in good condition, with all included parts. We will provide instructions and the return address upon cancellation.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your online account or by contacting info@guardianhome.eu. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused days or partial months after that period.

5. No Long-Term Commitments

Guardian subscriptions are month-to-month, with: No minimum contract, No termination fees, No hidden charges. You are free to cancel at any time with no penalties.
