Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy outlines how subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and upgrades work for Guardian OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (registry code: 16998791), located at Lauteri 3, Tallinn, Estonia. If you have any questions, contact us at info@guardianhome.eu.

1. Subscription Model

Guardian operates on a monthly subscription basis. Customers pay a flat monthly fee depending on their chosen service package, which includes: Use of Guardian's hardware (e.g., motion sensors, SOS button), Access to the Guardian software platform and dashboard, Automatic monitoring and alert services, Ongoing support and maintenance. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no long-term contracts.

2. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance from the date of activation. Payments are collected automatically via the payment method provided at checkout. Customers will receive a confirmation email and invoice each billing period.

3. Free Trial

In some campaigns, we may offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you cancel within the trial period, you will not be charged. If trial hardware is provided, it must be returned within 14 days after cancellation, or the cost of the equipment may be invoiced.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing info@guardianhome.eu. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months. After cancellation, hardware must be returned within 14 days (unless purchased outright). We provide clear return instructions.

5. Upgrades and Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. New rates will be applied on your next billing cycle. If you add more sensors mid-cycle, a pro-rated charge may apply.

6. Hardware Ownership

All hardware remains the property of Guardian OÜ unless specifically purchased. As part of the subscription, hardware is provided for use and must be returned if the subscription is terminated. Failure to return hardware may result in a replacement fee.

7. Failed Payments

If your payment fails, we will retry and notify you. If payment is not received within 10 days, service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
