Answers to common questions
The battery lasts up to 2 years and does not need recharging. When the battery starts to run low, the system will let you know early and we will send you a new battery free of charge.
The alarm is for home use and will work in the home where the Guardian central unit is located.
The alarm will reach you as an automatic phone call immediately after pressing the button. From the Guardian portal you can save the Guardian number so that you always know that the incoming call is important.
