These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Guardian website and services provided by Guardian OÜ, an Estonian private limited company registered under 16998791, located at Lauteri 3, hereafter referred to as "we", "our", or "Guardian". Our services are directed at businesses, care organisations, and professional care providers. By using this website or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Guardian OÜ provides care technology solutions for care homes and home care providers. Our offering includes: Fall prevention and activity monitoring systems, Hardware and software for care facilities, Pilot programmes and rollout support, Training and ongoing support for care staff. Services are provided under separate commercial agreements.
You may use our website for lawful business purposes only. By using the website or engaging with our services, you confirm that you: Act on behalf of a legitimate business or care organisation, Will not use the site for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal purposes, Will provide accurate business and contact information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
Specific terms, pricing, delivery, and support are set out in the commercial agreement or pilot agreement between Guardian OÜ and the customer. Hardware, software access, and service levels are defined in the signed contract or order confirmation.
All content on this website (including text, images, software, and branding) is the property of Guardian OÜ or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or republish any part of the website without permission.
Guardian OÜ provides its services "as is". While we strive to ensure accurate alerts and reliable service, we do not guarantee: That all health events or emergencies will be detected, Uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to, missed alerts, false positives, or equipment misuse. Liability is subject to the limits set out in the commercial agreement.
We provide a best-effort service and hardware. Minor defects or service interruptions may occur and are not grounds for compensation unless otherwise required by law or by the commercial agreement.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. If changes are made, we will post them on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes implies acceptance. Material changes to ongoing commercial agreements will be communicated separately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts, unless otherwise agreed in the commercial agreement.
