Keep Guardian one tap away

Step by step

iPhone · Safari

  1. Open Guardian in Safari

    Open Safari and go to app.guardianhome.eu.

  2. Open Safari’s menu

    Tap the three dots. If Share is already visible in the toolbar, tap it directly.

  3. Tap Share

    Tap Share: the square with an upward arrow.

  4. Add to Home Screen

    Scroll down the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.

  5. Keep Open as Web App on

    Check the Guardian icon and name. Leave Open as Web App enabled, then tap Add.

  6. Find the Guardian icon

    Return to your home screen and tap Guardian.

  7. Ready for your next shift

    Sign in with your existing Guardian account if asked.

Android · Chrome

  1. Open Guardian in Chrome

    Open Google Chrome and go to app.guardianhome.eu.

  2. Open Chrome’s menu

    Tap the three dots beside the address bar.

  3. Find the installation option

    Choose Install and create shortcut. Some versions say Add to home screen or Install app.

  4. Choose Install

    Choose Install to add Guardian as an app.

  5. Confirm Guardian

    Check the Guardian name and icon, then confirm installation if asked.

  6. Find the Guardian icon

    Find Guardian on your home screen or in your app drawer and tap it.

  7. Ready for your next shift

    Sign in with your existing Guardian account if asked.
