These terms apply to the Hey Mom website and early-access waitlist operated by Guardian OÜ, registry code 16998791, Lauteri 3, Tallinn, Estonia. They do not govern the mobile app or Guardian’s separate hardware products and business services.
Joining the waitlist
The waitlist is free. Joining lets us contact you about early access; it does not create an app account, buy a subscription or reserve a guaranteed place or launch date. You can leave at any time by emailing info@guardianhome.eu.
Previews and availability
The page describes a product in development. Screens, photographs, map locations, activity and reminders are illustrative. Features, supported devices, plan details and availability may change before release. Any future paid offer will show its price and applicable terms before you choose to purchase.
Using the website
Use an email address you control and provide accurate information. Do not submit another person’s private information without permission, send spam, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website. We may limit abusive submissions to protect the service.
Content and links
The website’s content and branding belong to Guardian OÜ or its licensors. You may browse and share links to the page. Reusing its content beyond what applicable law permits requires permission. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Our Privacy policy explains waitlist and contact-form data. Our Cookies policy explains website measurement and preferences. Email permission and cookie choices are separate.
Responsibility and your rights
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. Estonian law applies, without removing protections you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
