These terms apply to the Hey Mom website and early-access requests operated by Guardian OÜ, registry code 16998791, Lauteri 3, Tallinn, Estonia. They do not govern the mobile app or Guardian’s separate hardware products and business services.
Requesting early access
Requesting early access is free. It lets us contact you about an invitation; it does not create an app account, buy a subscription or reserve a guaranteed place or launch date. You can withdraw your request at any time by emailing info@guardianhome.eu.
Invited early-access participants receive Hey Mom Plus free until the app officially launches. This offer begins when you receive access, not when you submit a request. We will communicate launch pricing before the official release. Submitting this form does not authorize a paid subscription.
Previews and availability
The page describes a product in development. Screens, photographs, map locations, activity and reminders are illustrative. Features, supported devices, plan details and availability may change before release. Any future paid offer will show its price and applicable terms before you choose to purchase.
Lumi plan allowances
Free includes three Lumi conversations per person per day, with a maximum of five minutes per conversation. Voice and text share the same allowance, which resets at 00:00 UTC. Setup guidance does not use this allowance. A conversation counts when a secure session is issued; a provider failure before issuance does not count. A new session after closing or reconnecting counts as another conversation.
Unlimited Lumi on Plus means there is no daily conversation-count cap. Each conversation can last up to 30 minutes and may close sooner after inactivity. Search allowances, technical rate limits and restrictions on automated, abusive or shared-account use still apply. Lumi access does not unlock other paid features on Free. These are the planned preview allowances; the applicable app terms will be shown before purchase.
Using the website
Use an email address you control and provide accurate information. Do not submit another person’s private information without permission, send spam, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website. We may limit abusive submissions to protect the service.
Content and links
The website’s content and branding belong to Guardian OÜ or its licensors. You may browse and share links to the page. Reusing its content beyond what applicable law permits requires permission. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Your information
Our Privacy policy explains early-access request and contact-form data. Our Cookies policy explains website measurement and preferences. Email permission and cookie choices are separate.
Responsibility and your rights
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. Estonian law applies, without removing protections you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
